I know some people are experiencing a wide range of emotions right now.

I see you.

After deep reflection last night, I am realizing that showing up for my community is most important right now.

We can always choose to alchemize our pain into power as humans, and spirit reminded me that I am a light worker in this lifetime, here to serve you all. 

If you feel that you need emotional support during this time, I am here to hold space for you and honor our nervous systems.

We will begin with an open dialogue if anyone feels the call to share what’s on their heart.

Then we will move into a collective meditation to get into our bodies, and prepare for our chakras to receive the beautiful life force energy of Reiki.

I look forward to sharing space with you and grounding together in community! 

Please be prepared to lay on a bed, couch, or a yoga mat. The beauty of distance Reiki is you can tailor your environment to your needs.

Join us for an adventure into nature at Apex and Enchanted Forest Trailhead! This is a moderate hike of 3.7 miles in Golden, approximately 25 minutes from Denver. Our community hike offers the perfect opportunity to explore and experience the tranquility of the outdoors. We encourage participants to take their time, practice mindfulness, soak in the natural beauty around them, and enjoy the time connecting with others.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to prepare. We will begin the hike promptly at 8:30am.
