Do i need to book a consultation?

A consultation is not required, however it will ensure that we are a good fit to work together.

DO i need to add my card to secure my booking?

Yes, you will need to add a card. This is because you are reserving the time slot, and if you are not able to cancel within 24 hours the card will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that stuff comes up. You can cancel your booking 24 hours before your session without penalty. If it is within the 24 hour time frame then your card will be charged the $25 cancellation fee.

We do not exchange or refund sold products. Products are considered sold upon successful sales transactions.

What happens if my package gets lost or damaged in the mail?

We are not responsible for sold products that are lost in the mail or any delivery issues. It is recommended that buyers check with the delivery service used to resolve the issue.
